1. General Provisions
- 1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Tech-Text website and the provision of services by JUNGLE SAPPHIRE LTD (Company No. 15545389), registered at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.
- 1.2. By using the website or placing an order for our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service and do not place an order.
2. Definitions
- 2.1. “Services” — text generation, rewriting, editing, proofreading, stylistic revision, localisation, AI-assisted text creation, and related editorial services.
- 2.2. “Text(s)” — any material you submit or generate via the Service (for example: letters, greetings, job applications, business correspondence, marketing copy, etc.).
- 2.3. “Product / Output” — the final text delivered to you, whether generated by artificial intelligence, a human editor, or a combination of both.
- 2.4. “Client”, “you” — the person or organisation placing an order for Services.
3. Right to Use and Account Registration
- 3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account, or act with proper authority on behalf of a legal entity.
- 3.2. If you create an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- 3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
4. Ordering and Payment
- 4.1. Orders are placed through the website or by other agreed means. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
- 4.2. Price, delivery method, and turnaround time are specified on the order page or in the commercial offer.
- 4.3. Payment must be completed before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 4.4. Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in Pound Sterling (GBP) and may include applicable taxes.
5. Performance of the Order, Acceptance and Revisions
- 5.1. Services will be performed within the agreed timeframe and scope confirmed at checkout or in writing.
- 5.2. After delivery, you must review the Product and notify us of any issues within the revision period specified (typically 7 calendar days).
- 5.3. If no feedback is provided within this period, the Product is deemed accepted.
- 5.4. Most Services include a limited number of revisions; additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Delivery of Digital Content (Text Outputs)
- 6.1. Digital delivery only. All Services provided by Tech-Text result in digital content only. No physical goods are produced or shipped.
- 6.2. Delivery occurs when the completed text Output is made available to you via your account, email, or another agreed digital channel.
- 6.3. Once processing is complete, the Output becomes available for viewing, copying, downloading, or further revision.
- 6.4. Re-accessing or re-downloading the same Output does not incur additional charges unless you request further Services or revisions beyond the agreed scope.
- 6.5. Outputs may be created by artificial intelligence, human editors, or a combination of both, depending on the selected Service.
- 6.6. Access to Outputs depends on successful processing, system availability, and your internet connection.
- 6.7. If delivery fails due to a technical issue attributable to the Company, we will re-deliver the Output or provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- 6.8. If you experience issues accessing your Output, you must contact info@tech-text.co.uk with your order reference, approximate delivery time, and any relevant error details.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
- 7.1. You may cancel an order before work has commenced; a refund may be issued less reasonable costs incurred.
- 7.2. If work has commenced at your express request, you may forfeit the right to a full refund.
- 7.3. If the delivered Product materially fails to meet the agreed specification, we will attempt correction or issue a partial or full refund in accordance with applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
- 8.1. You retain ownership of your source materials and warrant that you have the right to submit them.
- 8.2. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered Product for its intended purpose.
- 8.3. The Company may use anonymised examples of completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
9. Confidentiality and Data Processing
- 9.1. We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- 9.2. A separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) may be executed upon request.
10. Warranties and Disclaimer
- 10.1. Services are provided with reasonable skill and care.
- 10.2. Text Outputs are provided “as is”; we do not guarantee absolute error-free results or legal validity of content.
11. Limitation of Liability
- 11.1. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- 11.2. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order within the preceding 12 months, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Product, or third-party claims related to materials you provided.
13. Links to Third-Party Resources
We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites linked from the Service.
14. Suspension and Termination of Access
- 14.1. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach, unlawful activity, or security risk.
- 14.2. Termination does not affect obligations accrued prior to termination.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
18. Miscellaneous
- 18.1. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
- 18.2. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
- 18.3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
